What is included in each package?

Each package includes:

– An initial  30 mins call (or monthly calls if you are on a monthly rolling plan) with one of our project managers to discuss your tech needs. This is on top of your tech hours.

– Access to a task dashboard to keep you up to date with the progress of your tech.

– Email support from our tech team throughout the process.

How does the monthly rolling package work?

The monthly rolling package works exactly the same as our one-off packages except you will have a check-in call with one of our project managers once a month. 

The minimum commitment for these packages is two months, after which point you can cancel at any time by emailing our tech team.

How long do I have to use the hours in my package?

You have 60 days from purchase to use the hours in your package. This means we must have received all requests, logins and other required information within the 60 days in order to complete the work.

If you are on a monthly rolling plan the 60 days ruin from each monthly payment date. 

Can I keep track of the work being done?

Yes! After the initial call with your project manager, they will break down your tech requirements into individual tasks. These will be added to an nTask dashboard which you will have access to view, so you can view the progress at all times. If you have any questions you can also email us at any time at

What if I change my mind on my tech requirements?

If at any point you change your mind on the work that you want our tech team to complete you can email your project manager who will halt any tech work currently being done. All unused hours will then be used as required.

How can you ensure quality of work?

All of our tech team have been fully trained in-house and work is frequently reviewed throughout the process to ensure it meets Ask Harriette standards.

Who do you outsource work to?

All of our tech team are fully trained to Ask Harriette standards. We don’t outsource to third party companies.
